National Meet 2012 |

JUNE
2012: FRIDAY 8th, SATURDAY 9th, SUNDAY 10th, MONDAY 11th.
|
|
| |
|
| This
meet is for the display of restored Ford, Mercury and Lincoln
vehicles manufactured between 1932 and 1954. |
|
| |
|
| Some of
the events that have been planned for the weekend are: |
|
| |
|
| FRIDAY
8th June: Registration in the function
room at Caboolture Bowls Club from approximately 2.30pm. A cuppa and |
|
|
nibbles will be served at approx 4 pm. |
|
| |
|
|
SATURDAY 9th June: Vehicles displayed, until
3pm at the Morayfield Shopping Centre in the Lower South car park
. |
|
|
Check your entry form for the time you need to arrive at the centre
in the morning. |
|
|
The public are invited to view the cars. |
|
| |
|
| SUNDAY
10th June: A run will be organized, stopping
at Beerwah for morning tea. It will continue to Peachester,along Stanley
|
|
| River Rd to Maleny Showgrounds for lunch. From Maleny we will travel
to Landsborough and back to |
|
| Caboolture via the Steve Irwin Way. |
|
| |
|
|
On Sunday night a presentation dinner will be held at the Caboolture
Bowls Club, commencing at 5.30pm. |
|
| |
|
| MONDAY
11th June: A farewell breakfast will be organized. Most
people will have to leave on this day. |
|
| |
|
| For those
who are fortunate to be able to stay longer a few other events are
planned. |
|
| |
|
|
A run to the Eumundi Markets on Wednesday is planned. As well
another run, to be announced, |
|
|
will be organized for Thursday. These and other events will happen
if we have enough people |
|
|
indicating they would like to
attend. (See details on the entry form.) |
|
| |
|
|
We look forward to
meeting long term friends and creating new ones.
